Before Appointment

  • For a full set, it's best to skip the mascara! Clean lashes help me get the best bond possible. If you accidentally come wearing makeup, don't worry—we'll get those lashes nice and clean before we start.

  • Yes! Arriving with clean, makeup-free lashes helps your appointment go smoother and gives your extensions the best chance at lasting.

  • YES. Please do!

    Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok... bring all the inspo. It helps me understand exactly what you're envisioning so we can create a set you'll absolutely love.

  • It depends on the look you're going for!

    Classic: about 1 hour 15 minutes
    Hybrid: about 1 hour 30 minutes
    Volume: about 1 hour 45 minutes
    Mega Volume: around 2 hours

  • That's my job! I'll recommend a style based on your eye shape, natural lashes, and the look you're hoping to achieve. Whether you want soft and natural or full glam, we'll create something that's perfect for you!

  • Absolutely! Just be sure to remove them before your appointment so your eyes stay comfortable while they're closed for an extended period.

    Classic → A single espresso. Soft, natural, effortless.

    Hybrid → Your favorite latte. The perfect balance of natural and fluffy.

    Volume → A caramel macchiato. Fuller, fluffier, and a little extra.

    Mega Volume → Triple-shot espresso energy. Bold, dramatic, and all the glam.

  • No worries! We'll chat beforehand about any sensitivities you've experienced. I typically recommend starting with a lighter set, and I'll check in with you after your appointment to make sure everything feels comfortable.

After Appointment

  • Yes—but wait at least 4 hours after your appointment to allow the adhesive to fully cure before getting them wet.

  • I'll send you home with a lash brush and show you exactly how to care for them. Wash them regularly with a lash-safe cleanser, rinse gently, pat dry, and brush them back into place.

  • Please avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, and skincare products around your eyes.

    Oil can weaken the adhesive and cause your extensions to shed much sooner.

  • The same evening is perfectly fine! Just remember to wait the recommended 4 hours first.

  • Don't panic—that's completely normal!

    Every natural lash has its own growth cycle, so when your natural lash sheds, the extension attached to it sheds too. That's exactly why regular fills are so important.

    (No need to save the fallen lashes—I promise I'll make them pretty again. 😉)

  • Yes! Just keep it light and avoid applying liner directly into the lash line where the extensions are bonded.

  • Your extensions naturally shed with your own lashes, so regular fills are the secret to keeping them looking their best.

    For consistently full, fluffy lashes, I'll want to see you every 2–3 weeks.

  • You can—but try not to sleep face-down with your lashes pressed into your pillow.

    The gentler you are with your lashes while sleeping, the longer they'll stay looking beautiful.
