No-Show Policy

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

Deposit Policy

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at booking.

Your deposit goes toward your appointment total and can be applied to a rescheduled appointment when 24+ hours' notice is given.

Guests Policy

Please attend your appointment alone.

Due to limited space and the use of professional tools and products, children and additional guests who are not receiving a service are not permitted.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

If you have a concern, please contact me within 48 hours so I can evaluate the issue and, if needed, schedule a complimentary adjustment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

If needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time.

If you're running late, send me a quick text. Arrivals over 10–15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled and may still be charged the full service cost.

Lash Fill Policy

  • Existing clients returning within 2 weeks

  • Must have 40–50% lash retention

  • Less retention may require a full set

Foreign Fills

  • Extensions from another artist require additional assessment

  • Priced separately

  • May require a removal and full set based on lash condition

Allergic Reactions

  • Reactions are rare but possible

  • Contact me immediately if you experience swelling, irritation, or discomfort

Touch-Up Policy

  • Report application concerns within 48 hours

  • Complimentary touch-ups may be offered after evaluation
